In collaboration with our store planning team, Giant aimed to craft a customer-centric shopping environment that enhances the overall experience.
The design features strategically organized food departments and intuitive circulation paths, allowing customers to find their desired items with ease. A striking glass-front lobby welcomes shoppers, showcasing a café, a dedicated customer service area, and escalators that transport visitors to the market and other unique offerings at this location. Notable highlights include a diverse food hall, a specialized kombucha station, and a rooftop beer garden that invites community engagement and relaxation. This flagship store sets a new standard for urban grocery shopping, blending convenience with an enjoyable atmosphere.
